Com o propósito de darmos continuidade ao nosso crescimento, pretendemos reforçar a nossa equipa com um Team Leader (m/f). No teu dia-a-dia irás desempenhar funções como:- Cumprir e fazer cumprir o modelo de atendimento, incutindo na equipa a importância da atenção ao cliente

- Utilizar as principais ferramentas de análise de rentabilidade de loja para a tomada de decisões, que permitam potenciar as vendas e garantir a implementação das ações necessárias

- Dar suporte na gestão da loja ao nível da imagem, equipa e objetivos comerciais
- Garantir o adequado acolhimento, integração e formação dos novos colaboradores

- Promover o desenvolvimento dos elementos da equipa. O que valorizamos:- Habilitações ao nível do 12º ano ou Licenciatura

- Experiência superior a 1 ano, em funções similares
- Conhecimentos informáticos na ótica do utilizador
- Experiência em análise de vendas e KPI´s
- Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipas
- Facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
