PROJECT MANAGER - ODOO ERP IMPLEMENTATION Who are we? ERPGAP is a team of Odoo-certified experts focused on delivering lean, ROI-driven ERP solutions. Since 2010, we’ve been helping businesses across industries adopt and optimise Odoo with a practical, long-term approach grounded in open source, strategy, and trust. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with different departments to design, implement, and continuously improve Odoo solutions that address real business needs. You’ll work on challenging projects, help clients optimize their processes, and contribute to the development of efficient, scalable solutions as the company continues to grow. We are looking for a driven, responsible, proactive, and creative professional with strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to think ahead and challenge conventional approaches. What will you do? Gather, analyse and qualify client requirements

Analyse, optimise, and improve business processes
Configure and customise Odoo according to client needs
Implement and configure standard Odoo modules
Plan and execute data migrations from other ERP systems
Implement multi-company and multinational environments
Perform functional testing and ensure solution quality
Deliver user training and provide ongoing support
Support clients throughout and after the go-live process

Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of implemented solutions. Must have Knowledge of accounting and financial processes

Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and ability to work independently
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Nice to have: Knowledge of Odoo
Experience with Odoo implementations
