Product Projects & Launching Management – Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe (MFTE) 📍 Tramagal (Abrantes) - 🕒 Flexible Work Schedule - 💼 On-site/Full-Time About Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Projects & Launching Management to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on the industrialization of new products and the implementation of engineering changes. This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time and high-quality product launches across departments. What You’ll Do? Lead and manage light-duty truck development projects. Plan and schedule new product industrialization and production activities. Drive project execution and monitor progress against timeline and key milestones. Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders across departments. Prepare and manage project funding and budget planning. Initiate production orders in alignment with temporary engineering changes (Seisaku EO). What we are looking for? Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 3 years of experience in the automotive, truck, or component manufacturing industry. Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Clear and effective communicator, able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, MS Teams, and SharePoint. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken. Interest in and awareness of the commercial vehicle industry in Europe.
